Description
Friends School Haverford is a private Quaker school providing early childhood education for children from age one through Kindergarten. Founded in 1885 and located on a beautiful, nature-rich campus in Haverford, the school combines small class sizes, experienced teachers, play-based learning and meaningful relationships to help children develop curiosity, confidence, independence and kindness.
Rooted in Quaker values including community, equality, peace, integrity and stewardship, Friends School Haverford creates a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and develop a genuine love of learning. The school transitioned fully to an early childhood education model for the 2026–2027 school year.
