Wilson’s Secret Sauce

Wilson’s Secret Sauce is a locally owned BBQ restaurant serving authentic, slow-smoked barbecue and creative comfort food in Upper Darby, just minutes from Havertown. Founded as a catering company in 2010 by Steve Wilson, the business opened its restaurant in 2018 and has built a reputation around award-winning BBQ and generous, flavorful meals.

The menu features smoked brisket, award-winning St. Louis ribs, pulled pork, smoked wings, BBQ platters, sandwiches and family packages, along with favorites like mac and cheese, baked beans, collard greens, cornbread and Brussels sprouts.

One of the restaurant’s standout creations is the Township Line Brisket Cheesesteak, bringing together two Delco favorites in one sandwich.

Wilson’s Secret Sauce also offers takeout, delivery and catering, with catering packages designed for everything from backyard gatherings to larger public events.
